Our journey together begins with a simple step—fill out the inquiry form and press send. That email hits my inbox and I'll respond back within 48 hours with any follow up questions and/or my availability. From there, we'll select your date and I'll answer any additional booking questions you might have.

Once we've selected a session date and time, I'll send you an electronic booking link with a contract to sign and a retainer to pay. Once that is completed, your date is secure on my calendar. This is where the magic begins! I'm thrilled to be your photographer and let's start working on all the details that will make your session oh so beautiful.

Once I see your booking paperwork is complete, I'll send you my session preparation and style guide. It will answer so many questions you may not even know you had about weather, location, selecting outfits, the keys to helping your kids not only cooperate but have fun, etc. I have poured my heart and soul into making this an abdundant resource for you so please read it in its entirety!

About seven days before your session, I'll start watching the weather for your session date and time. I'll also reach out to you for a little bit of information about your family members so that I can have them pre-memorized for efficient direction giving during your session. If I see that the weather may interfere, we'll also make a back up plan.
Your session week

In my session guide, I'll give you all the tips and tricks to prepare for your session. Always try to plan to leave a little early as (I have a family too and I know how this works😉) unexpected happenstances tend to pop up at the last second. We want to ensure we leave room for those to happen but also have happy smiles and perfect light for your session!

After your session, I'll post a sneak peek on social media with 3 days of your session and your full gallery will be delivered to your email inbox within 3 weeks for you to love, relive, and enjoy. You'll have a printing rights document at the end of your gallery that will enable to print your beautiful photos anywhere you choose.

The beautiful light and scenery you see is my photos is no accident! I carefully scout quiet, private, breathtaking locations close to Salem to ensure your session has the prettiest possible outcome. Just a few days before your session, I'll make a determination based on lighting and foliage which location will be best and email you the address.

I'm a firm believer that the magic happens in the details and being very intentional about your outfit selection can be that extra magic that makes you cry happy tears when your gallery is delivered. I'm happy to provide expert input, extra links, or piece together your prospective outfits into a cohesive collage so you can see what works and what could be improved.
